Twenty years of doing the work.

We don't borrow credibility from a trends report. Twenty years of running this work is the credibility, which means we can tell you what we've seen fail, what we'd do differently and what we actually think you should do next. Plain language, no padding, a conversation between equals rather than the trusted-partner routine.

What we are

One team, from concepts to commercial outcome.

Twenty years in the game, New Beach is a strategic marketing agency in Byron Bay. Interconnected branding, content, marketing, ad campaigns, web and digital - built by one experienced team.

Most agencies sell you a discipline. We work in the layer in between: content sharpens the ads, the ads refine the site, and the site tells you what to make next.

Run that way, marketing stops competing for budget and starts compounding. That's the difference between a busy quarter and a bigger business.

Belief

Results are the brief.

Every project starts with a commercial question, not a creative one. The work is judged by what it moves, not how it looks in an awards entry. Good-looking work that doesn't perform is just decoration, and we're not interested in decoration.

1

Strategy earns the work.

We don't execute on instinct or habit. Every move has a reason behind it, and if we can't explain why something should exist, it doesn't.

2

Clever, connected.

Brilliant ideas earn their keep when they're tied to everything around them. A campaign that isn't connected to the strategy, the site and the data is a missed opportunity, however good it looks. Four things pulling the same direction beat one pulling alone.

3

Plainly, honestly.

We tell clients what we actually think, including when the honest answer is "don't spend on that." Trust is worth more than a bigger invoice.

Office

We work out of a warehouse in the Byron Bay Arts & Industry Estate, ten minutes from the lighthouse and about the same from a decent swell. It's where the strategy gets argued out, the work gets made, and the coffee gets taken very seriously. You're welcome anytime. Pull up a chair, bring a brief or just say hello.
