The future continues to be paved towards a world of virtual reality. Following the success of 360 videos in 2015, Facebook have now launched a 360 photo feature for users and publishers.Simply snap a panorama with your phone or capture a 360-degree photo using a third-party app or specialised 360 camera, and then post it on Facebook as you would a normal photo. From there, it is converted to an immersive 360 photo that users can explore. Similar to 360 videos hosted on Facebook, desktop users can click and drag 360 photos to pan around the image while mobile users can swipe or tilt their phones.[embed]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jbvJPOC4bQs[/embed]Learn more hereSources - Mashable Australia, Facebook Newsroom, Cnet
