Challenge
Launching a new sub-brand into a fast-growing category.
BioHack came to us with strong product formulations and packaging – but the brand stopped at the label. There was no cohesive digital identity, no e-commerce platform, and no structured brand system to connect the sub-brand back to Wanderlust while giving it a distinct voice of its own. We needed to take what existed at product level and build everything around it – a brand world that could stand alone in the competitive Australian supplements market, yet still carry the trust and community equity of the Wanderlust name.
Proof
"They don't just feel like a service provider, but a genuine extension of our team."
It's rare to find an agency with not only the personal care and commitment from the owners, but a team that are always willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. (Even working weekends when needed!!) They're everything we want in an agency, proactive, efficient, transparent and consistently demonstrating a deep understanding of our needs. They don't just feel like a service provider, but a genuine extension of our team. We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE working with the New Beach crew.

Solutions
Content & Creative
Content production centred on the graphic assets and video that carried BioHack's refined, science-forward aesthetic onto Instagram, translating a brand built for e-commerce into a visual language built for scrolling. Rather than treating social as an afterthought, that content extended the same tone of voice and visual system across every touchpoint, giving a sub-brand with no existing social presence a consistent way to show up from day one.
Marketing
Marketing ran through paid social and search, PPC campaigns built to introduce a brand nobody had searched for yet into Australia's crowded supplements category. That advertising had to do double duty: pull people who'd never heard of BioHack toward a brand-new e-commerce store, while doing it credibly enough to hold its own against established longevity and wellness players already courting the same audience.
Digital
The digital build centred on a custom e-commerce website engineered around how BioHack actually sells: the full supplement range, curated 'stacks' built around specific outcomes, and a subscription model designed for repeat purchase rather than one-off sales. An editorial journal hub sat alongside the store to drive organic discovery, giving BioHack a way to earn search traffic on the science behind the products instead of paying for every visitor.
