The client
Bobangles is a Melbourne based wholesaler of high-end gifts and homewares to Australian retail stores.
The challenge
When the team at Bobangles approached us, they had a website that was difficult for users to navigate, hard to update and did not sync well with their inventory management system. They wanted to streamline the ordering process for users, simplify the layout of the site, and drive sales by making it easy for users to navigate and add additional items to orders.
The solution
A highly customised version of Wordpress and WooCommerce, utilizing API integration for all inventory, marketing and operations.
With a strong focus on UX and internal usability, the website has made the customer experience seamless, as well as allow the admin to manage components of the wholesale workflow from the back end of the website.
After launch we listened to customer and administrator’s feedback and built a custom software solution to improve bulk ordering and tools for agents to virtually showcase and sell new products to their existing customers.
