JAGCON Group is an Australian engineering and project management consultancy founded in 2006. With nearly two decades of experience, their team of engineers, project managers and technical specialists have been embedded in some of the country's most significant infrastructure projects – from Sydney Metro and WestConnex to Cross River Rail and the Suburban Rail Loop. They work across tunnelling, bridges, roads, renewable energy and civil works for both public and private sector clients.

JAGCON's reputation was built on-site, not online. Despite being trusted by the likes of CPB Contractors, John Holland and Acciona on multi-billion-dollar projects, their digital presence didn't reflect the calibre of work they delivered. They needed a website that could communicate their track record, showcase a growing portfolio of 25+ major projects, introduce their expanding team of specialists, and support recruitment – all while reinforcing the credibility required to win work with tier-one contractors and government agencies.

We designed and developed a comprehensive corporate website that puts JAGCON's work and people front and centre. The site features a detailed project portfolio spanning five states and New Zealand, individual team member profiles, a services breakdown across advisory, project development, delivery and their new AI capability, plus integrated ISO certifications and client testimonials. The build prioritised clean navigation, fast load times, and a visual language that balances the technical authority of the engineering sector with a modern, approachable feel.
