Rallee make performance apparel for the new wave of tennis, padel, and pickleball players. Conceived by local racquet-heads on Byron Bay’s community courts, Rallee launched into a category dominated by legacy sporting giants. The definitive challenger brand - The brand's ambition was clear. Design clothes that players actually want to wear on court and off. Build a community around the game, not just the gear. And compete with category incumbents on cultural relevance, not just product.

Starting from zero. In a crowded category. Rallee needed a creative agency who could build a brand from scratch, manage e-commerce, and develop digital and experiential marketing campaigns with a savvy media strategy to drive D2C sales and help shape an identity that matched the ambition of its founders. The challenge was turning that raw potential into a functioning brand with real revenue, real customers, and real cultural weight.

The scope covered the full stack: brand identity and visual language, Shopify build and ecommerce optimisation, paid media across Meta and Google, creative strategy and production, content direction, email/CRM via Klaviyo, and ongoing campaign management. In short, everything needed to take a challenger brand from concept to market, and grow it fast enough to matter.Fast forward to the Australian Open, where the brand’s latest collection captured global attention as Rallee ambassadors Pat Rafter and Ash Barty played Federer and Agassi on centre court.
