Rockpool Farms

Rockpool Farm is a private, family-owned estate comprising a collection of contemporary luxury residences set across nearly 40 acres of rolling hills in the Byron Bay hinterland, just minutes from Byron Bay and historic Bangalow.

The result of a careful five-year redevelopment, the estate reimagines its heritage as a working mango farm – incorporating architectural and design influences inspired by the owners' travels through the Italian countryside of Tuscany and Marche, where they discovered discreet boutique hotels that allowed guests to slow down and reconnect with nature.

Rockpool Farm had spent five years meticulously crafting an extraordinary on-property experience – from bush regeneration programs and solar-powered residences to philanthropic partnerships and adaptive reuse of historic farm buildings. But they had no digital presence to match.

The challenge was to create a website and video content that could convey the sensory richness of the estate – the north-facing vistas over the Nightcap Ranges, the quietude of private pools, the warmth of repurposed timber – and position Rockpool Farm within the ultra-premium accommodation market, competing alongside established luxury destinations.

The brand needed to feel elevated yet grounded, luxurious yet authentic to its farming roots and sustainability ethos.

We designed and developed a bespoke website that mirrors the estate's own design philosophy – restrained luxury with moments of delight. The site opens with full-screen cinematic video, immediately transporting visitors to the property before a single word is read. Clean editorial typography and generous whitespace let the photography and videography do the heavy lifting.

Each of the four residences – The Mango Packing Shed, Storm Cabin, Rockpool Farmhouse, and The Bails – was given its own dedicated experience, showcasing unique architectural character, floor plans, and capacity details, ensuring potential guests can find their ideal stay.

Our video production captured the property across golden hour, aerial drone, and intimate interior sequences, weaving together a visual narrative that communicates both the grandeur of the landscape and the quiet, personal moments the estate is designed for. This content was deployed across the website hero, individual property pages, and social channels.

The site also integrates the estate's sustainability story and philanthropic partnerships with Adara Group and Open Arms, reinforcing the brand's values without overshadowing the guest experience.
