Skyline Projects is an award-winning luxury home builder based in Byron Bay. Founded by Nic Lenders, the company has spent nearly two decades crafting architectural homes, legacy builds and high-end renovations across the Northern Rivers. Their work has been featured in Vogue Australia, Wallpaper*, Marie Claire and The Local Project, and their project Lo Scoglio earned multiple MBA Excellence Awards. In 2024, they were named MBA Regional Builder of the Year.

Skyline had undergone a significant brand evolution, moving from a traditional builder's identity to a refined, design-led positioning centred around "The Art of Construction." They arrived with new branding but no website to match. The existing site was functional but generic, built on a standard template that didn't reflect the quality of their builds or the new brand direction. With features in major publications, a growing portfolio of multi-million-dollar projects and an expanding team, Skyline needed an online experience that could stand alongside the editorial-quality imagery of their work, and an intro piece that set the tone from the first frame.

We crafted a website in Framer, built to feel more like a design portfolio than a builder's brochure. The site opens with a cinematic hero video we produced in-house, immediately establishing the brand's elevated tone. From there, the experience unfolds through full-bleed project galleries, smooth scroll interactions, and a considered content hierarchy, from service breakdowns and team profiles to an awards archive, media features and client testimonials. Every element was geared toward editorial pacing and visual storytelling, letting Skyline's photography and craftsmanship do the heavy lifting while the design stays refined and restrained.
